These steps are included in our Visa package:

  • Information about the application process and translation of information provided by the German Mission
    .
  • Setting up a Trello board to allow a detailed overview of the entire application process
    .
  • Help filling in application forms and compiling all necessary application documents
    .

    • If necessary: Support filling-in pre-approval (Vorabprüfung) at the Federal Employment Agency (ZAV) for normal work permit application
      .
    • If necessary: Help submitting ZAB evaluation for an university diploma for Blue Card application.

  • City registration (Anmeldung): appointment booking, accompaniment, help filling in application forms

  • Help signing up for German public health insurance: we refer you to one of our health insurance partners and help filling in application forms

  • Requesting Social Security Number
    .
  • Getting in touch with the Foreign Office and submitting residence permit application
    .
  • Requesting appointment at the Foreign Office (each case is reviewed individually by the Foreign Office)
    .
  • Accompanied visit to the Foreign Office and language assistance
