It was very helpful, insightful and pleasant experience. I was supported in applying for my work permit in Berlin. Everything was timely, well explained, well prepared. Also, they provided me with a very good contact of immigration lawyers who explained me some tricky things about my situation and this impacted my decision when to apply for a visa (so it was really good that I was aware of peculiarities of changing immigration laws). I started the process of changing my visa during covid-19 and xmas holidays. What was supposed to be pretty chaotic was actually stress-free thanks to Start! Helen and Maria helped me all the way and were very responsive and kind. Maria even showed up on the date of my appointment (on a snowstorm day!) to lend me an EC-karte because it was the only acceptable payment option and I didn’t have one. I’d highly recommend them!
