Recognition of foreign university degrees via ZAB (assistance with applications)
We assist with the process of evaluating foreign university degrees by the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB):
- Help with using the ANABIN online database to check the recognition status of foreign degrees in Germany
- Provision of step-by-step instructions on the ZAB evaluation process
Our price does not include the ZAB administration fees or the costs for translations.

The terms and conditions for your booking
All bookings are made through our online shop, to which we redirect you separately for each booking. Before payment, you can view our general terms and conditions and all other conditions there.
This also includes the following right of withdrawal:
1. Immediate commencement of service
You are in a hurry? Your booked service may be provided immediately after receipt of payment. As we work individually for you (e.g. arranging appointments, checking documents or conducting research), your right of withdrawal expires when the service begins (§ 312g (2) BGB).
2. Cancellation policy, refunds
- Before services commence: You may cancel your booking free of charge as long as no services have been provided (e.g. no appointments have been made or documents checked). For more details, see 3.
- After the start of services: Partial services already rendered or commissioned to our consultants (e.g. preparations, appointment reservations) will be charged on a pro rata basis. Complete cancellation is not possible.
3. Cancellation before the start of services, missed appointments
- Online consultations/video calls: Cancellation possible up to 24 hours before the appointment (50% cancellation fee for later cancellations).
- Accompaniment to authorities / flat viewings: Cancellation possible up to 48 hours before the appointment (100% of the agreed fee for later cancellations).
- Unless otherwise agreed, German time applies to appointments. Appointments are considered verbally agreed and are usually confirmed in writing.
4. Force majeure
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. strikes, government closures, power failures, large-scale natural disasters) that prevent the provision of services, we reserve the right to postpone appointments. Refunds will only be given if the service becomes permanently impossible to provide.
All prices include VAT and may be subject to error.
